REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of AI-based financial tools and technologies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to ethical financial practices and meticulous attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily accounting tasks including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities using AI tools
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across regional operations
• Collaborate with the finance team to refine financial strategies and processes
• Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in finance and AI technology
