Account Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Experience prospecting and generating your own pipeline
- Experience managing opportunities from initial outreach through close
- Staffing industry experience required
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Preferred not required
- 3–5+ years of staffing industry sales experience is preferred not required
- Experience selling staffing technology, VMS, ATS, compliance, workforce management, vendor management, MSP, or SaaS solutions
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior leadership teams
- Experience selling to staffing firms, recruiting organizations, workforce solutions companies, or related industries
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, project coordination, and relationship management skills
- Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales and prospecting tools
- Tampa Bay area resident (preferred but not required)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate New Business
- Prospect and develop relationships with staffing firms across the United States
- Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
Manage the Full Sales Cycle
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect challenges and business objectives
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Build business cases and ROI discussions with decision-makers
- Manage opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data
Executive Relationship Management
- Build relationships with staffing firm owners, CEOs, presidents, recruiting leaders, operations executives, and compliance stakeholders
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process
- Effectively manage executive communications, follow-up activities, and stakeholder engagement
Opportunity & Deal Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external resources throughout the sales process
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Drive deals forward through effective planning, organization, and follow-through
- Partner closely with leadership, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Industry Engagement
- Stay informed on staffing industry trends, workforce solutions, supplier management, compliance, and vendor ecosystems
- Represent our client at conferences, webinars, networking events, and industry functions
- Build and maintain a professional network within the staffing industry
