Account Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in an assigned territory
- Experience selling software into the AECO industry is a significant advantage
- Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of midmarket accounts in complex business solutions
- Strong executive-level selling and relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Fluency in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and execute business plans to target customers and solve specific business needs
- Plan and execute selling strategies using industry and technical knowledge to grow revenue
- Identify Customer Business Initiatives (CBIs) and set strategies to help customers achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with the Account Team to ensure alignment on account strategies and objectives
- Own sales for assigned accounts and drive expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV)
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key executives within accounts
- Manage sales forecasts and opportunity management
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and new technologies
