Access Engineer – Facade

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• .Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in façade access systems and site execution.
• Experience with Glass & Aluminum Facades, Curtain Walls, ACP Cladding, Unitized and Semi-Unitized Façade Systems.
• Knowledge of monorail, cradle, and façade maintenance access systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site activities.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Supervise installation and execution of monorail and cradle systems.
• Coordinate site activities with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of access systems.
• Monitor safety, quality, and project progress on site.
