Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High-speed internet: 15 Mbps primary and 10 Mbps backup connection
  • Computer: Intel Core i5/i3 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM
  • Peripherals: Functioning webcam and a noise-canceling USB headset
  • Workspace: A quiet, dedicated home office space
  • Device: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or EHR/CRM platforms (Zoho experience is a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client-therapist scheduling, pairing RBTs/BTs with clients based on location, availability, and clinical fit
  • Optimize weekly and monthly schedules to ensure maximum coverage and prevent therapist burnout
  • Resolve scheduling disruptions and cancellations with urgency to maintain continuity of care
  • Monitor authorized hours to ensure Medicaid compliance and prevent revenue loss
  • Proactively manage authorization renewals and alert clinical and billing departments
  • Maintain meticulous, real-time records within Zoho and other EHR systems
  • Act as the primary liaison between therapists, BCBAs, and client families
  • Generate weekly performance reports regarding coverage rates, utilization, and staffing gaps
