• Qualified UK solicitor or equivalent legal professional.
• Experience in financial-services, fintech or digital-asset regulation.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent legal analysis, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Provide advice on UK financial-services and digital-asset regulation.
• Support licensing, regulatory assessments and compliance initiatives.
• Review products and business activities for regulatory implications.
• Partner with compliance, product and business teams on regulatory matters.
