REQUIREMENTS

1–7+ years of experience as an ERP Consultant / ERP Functional Consultant / ERP Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, or similar ERP systems.
Valid AI certification is required, preferably in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Automation, or a related technology.
Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, HR, or related areas.
Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and support.
Good understanding of SQL, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with US clients or US-based projects is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Prepare functional and technical requirement documents.
Configure ERP modules based on business requirements.
Work closely with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
Support system testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production implementation.
Provide functional support and resolve ERP-related issues.
Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
Coordinate with business users, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
