REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or relevant fields is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in steel fixing or related construction roles, showcasing a strong work history.
• Certification in Construction Safety or similar qualifications preferred to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, demonstrating keen attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Accurately interpret and implement detailed construction blueprints to ensure precise steel reinforcement placement.
• Skillfully cut, bend, and shape steel bars using specialized tools to meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to identify and resolve potential structural issues early in the construction process.
• Secure rebar in place using wire ties and other fastening methods, ensuring stability and adherence to design requirements.
