REQUIREMENTS

• Education : ACII, Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, mentor, with strong decision-making skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Underwrite Property & General Accident LOBs to achieve the Budget.
• Supervise underwriting and operational activities of the team.
• To ensure retention ratio above 85%.
• Arrange facultative reinsurance support and negotiate terms with reinsurers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, reinsurers, and reinsurance brokers.
• Monitor portfolio performance, premium growth, profitability, and underwriting KPIs.
