• Deep understanding of real estate market analysis techniques and industry trends to provide strategic advice
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, property showings, and team collaboration
• Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices
• Organizational skills with experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Administrative experience supporting smooth transaction workflows and documentation management

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire transaction process
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends
• Manage real estate transactions from initial offer negotiations to deal closing, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings across multiple channels, including digital platforms and traditional media
• Build strong client rapport through clear communication, active listening, and personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by the company to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently
• Stay informed about fair housing regulations, local laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards in all dealings
