REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(English).
• Minimum one year experience in tele sales/ educational counselling
• Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
• Proficiency in creating educational materials and presentations.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Willing to work in flexible shift timing
• Strong conviction
• highly energy and enthusiasm
• Willingness to learn
• A laptop and a strong internet connection

RESPONSIBILITES

Student Mentorship

• Mentor students enrolled in Edubex‘s different courses, guiding them on study techniques, time management, and effective learning strategies.
• Regularly call students to monitor academic progress, ensure attendance in engagement activities, and keep them motivated.

Content Development & Coordination

• Create support materials for faculty and students, presentations and other educational resources.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor student activities, update academic records, and provide progress reviews.
• Complete assessments and tests, analyze results, and give constructive feedback.

Faculty Support

• Assist faculty members in academic-related and other support activities as needed.
