Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive-related education or certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive service industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• ASE certification or similar credentials that validate technical knowledge and expertise in automotive service.
• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred, particularly those fluent in English and another language relevant to the customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless communication flow regarding service needs and vehicle issues.
• Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to accurately diagnose problems and communicate findings to customers in an understandable manner.
• Create detailed service estimates for customers, breaking down costs and services to foster transparency and trust.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs with shop capacity to maximize productivity.
