REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD).
• Experience using Motivational Interviewing (MI) during consultations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in private practice or telehealth plant-forward nutrition counseling.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing or supervising Registered Dietitians.
• Strong time management and efficient multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with technology and telehealth platforms.
• Private, quiet workspace with: High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps), At least 2 monitors for efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of plant-based/vegan MNT is essential.
• Ability to work Pacific Time (PT) hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Spanish fluency (reading, writing, speaking) is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interview, onboard, and train new RD staff.
• Oversee scheduling, support, and performance of the RD team.
• Lead weekly RD team meetings.
• Provide ongoing staff development, coaching, and quality assurance.
• Deliver disciplinary guidance when necessary.
• Revise and update policies, procedures, and training videos & materials.
• Counsel patients on a limited basis as needed.
