REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform medication decisions and improve patient care outcomes.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficient in using pharmacy management software and electronic health records, streamlining workflow and documentation.
• DHA / SHA / MOH registration is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive medication management plans.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, ensuring the pharmacy’s practices are aligned with the latest standards in patient care.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of essential medications while minimizing waste.
• Provide medication counseling to patients & identifying and resolving drug therapy problems to optimize patient outcomes.
