Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Collections with minimum 2 years
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills.
- Detailed and self-motivated.
- The ability to quickly switch your focus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- An understanding of general collection practices.
- Bilingual Required (Spanish).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing accounts to produce the best results, while maintaining the balance between providing customer service and collections and managing merchant accounts to ensure clearance of payments.
