Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the GCC region, with a strong understanding of local business practices and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, performing detailed reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance on complex accounting issues and professional development.
