Independent Project Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to independently close sales
- Reliable transportation
- Basic tools necessary to perform site evaluations (phone, tablet, ladder)
- Active general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage are required. Contractors who do not currently carry coverage must obtain it prior to beginning work.
- Prior experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating and managing your own leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach
- Educating clients on roofing and exterior solutions with honesty and professionalism
- Managing each project from sale through completion, coordinating with PinnacleGuard’s production team as needed
- Maintaining your own organized records and sales pipeline
- Ensuring all completed work meets PinnacleGuard’s quality and compliance standards upon project completion
