REQUIREMENTS

  • Some prior sales experience OR a self-starter who is currently working on honing their sales skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Reliable: you show up when you say you will and you do the work
  • Coachable: you’re open to feedback and willing to run proven playbooks
  • Able to commit 15 consistent hours per week for calling blocks

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound cold calls to sales leaders and business owners from targeted lists
  • Run short, structured conversations to qualify interest and fit
  • Book demos/meetings for our sales teams
  • Follow simple workflows in our dialer/CRM to log calls, notes, and outcomes
  • Learn and apply the SDR Mastery calling frameworks, talk tracks, and objection handling
  • Join periodic coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and improve your results
