Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English written and spoken
• Additional languages a strong advantage: Arabic, Russian, German, French ..etc.
• Outgoing, confident personality — comfortable approaching and engaging strangers
• Basic sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required — we train
• Passion for water sports, outdoor activities, or the tourism/hospitality sector
• Physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Smartphone proficient , able to use booking apps, POS systems, and Instagram
• Available to work weekends and public holidays (peak trading days)
• UAE resident with a valid visa or eligible for UAE employment visa sponsorship

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approach and engage walk-in guests at hub locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Explain water sports activities, packages, and pricing clearly and enthusiastically
• Close bookings on-site and process payments accurately via POS
• Achieve and exceed individual daily and monthly sales targets
• Upsell activity upgrades, group packages, and photography add-ons
• Maintain accurate booking records and daily sales reports
• Coordinate with the operations team to confirm availability and scheduling
• Assist guests with safety briefings, waivers, and check-in procedures
• Represent the Seathrill / Waterlink brand with professionalism, energy, and warmth
• Actively share Seathrill / Waterlink Instagram page and encourage guest content sharing
