REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Professional phone manner
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to learn

Preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Experience using email, web browsers, and basic office software
  • Ability to take clear notes and follow instructions

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Answer customer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
  • Respond to customer emails clearly and promptly
  • Create and update support tickets
  • Gather basic information about customer issues
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior support team members
  • Follow internal support procedures and documentation
  • Work with other team members to resolve customer questions
  • Stay organized and manage multiple support requests
