Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an insurance-related field required (independent agency, carrier, MGA, or insurance software/vendor).
- Experience training, coaching or onboarding.
- This is not an entry-level position.
- Comfortable conducting live virtual training sessions with camera on.
- Ability to learn and teach software applications effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Full background check required.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- You must learn our client’s products inside and out.
- Conduct live virtual training sessions for insurance agency staff using Zoom (camera on).
- Guide new customers through software onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with customers after implementation to ensure successful adoption and continued success.
- Reporting suggestions and defects to the development team.
- Record training videos, feature demonstrations, and content for our online learning platform.
- Test new software features and enhancements and provide feedback to the Development team.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with management to review goals, performance, and customer outcomes.
- Occasional work outside of normal hours.
