Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably with engineering background
Strong coordination and communication skills
Fire industry is mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate daily project activity related to fire alarm, firefighting and emergency system
Assist in project planning, scheduling, documentation and reporting
Monitor project progress and highlight delays or risks to the project manager
Prepare & Maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, inspection request & approvals
Ensure compliance with local fire codes, civil defense requirements and international standards.
coordinate site inspection with civil defense or relevant authorities as needed
Track and manage site manpower deployment, work schedules and daily activity logs
support in preparing BOQ, RFQ and technical submittals
Ensure project milestone and deadlines are met without compromising on safety and quality
