Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven FP&A experience at both operational and group-level organizations
• Experience managing and engaging with C-suite or board-level stakeholders
• Advanced financial modelling and planning capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint with a focus on data storytelling
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural, and complex environments

Preferred

• Familiarity with emerging automation or analytics tools to enhance financial processes
• Experience working within high-growth digital services or telecommunications sectors

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the Group CFO/COO and VP Finance to shape financial narratives and decision frameworks connecting strategy to shareholder value
• Lead Group FP&A and Business Finance functions, coordinating forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across global operating companies
• Develop forward-looking analysis to guide capital allocation, investment prioritization, and performance interventions
• Enhance FP&A as a strategic enabler by embedding structure, transparency, and analytical excellence across global teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Commercial, People, and Technology teams to drive integrated planning
• Mentor and elevate finance leaders across various markets to foster a culture of rigor and accountability
