RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise all store operations during night shifts.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of night-shift employees.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor store security, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily operational and shift reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and store management teams.
• Ensure the store is fully prepared for the next trading day.
• Assist in managing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Supervise and coach sales associates to maximise performance.
• Monitor sales KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Support recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Act as store manager in their absence
