Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales is a plus.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
Comfortable using scheduling software and handling phone calls professionally.
Available to work Monday–Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM Eastern Time.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Answer incoming calls and assist customers with booking appointments.
– Manage the spa’s schedule to ensure smooth operations.
– Educate customers on our tanning services and membership options.
– Upsell memberships and packages to maximize revenue (commission-based).
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate records of customer appointments and sales.
