REQUIREMENTS

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. 8–12 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractor market.
4. Experience in procurement of Civil, MEP, and finishing works.
5. Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.
6. Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Knowledge of international sourcing and import procurement.
• Professional certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
