Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
• Proven experience working within the Dubai and UAE markets.
• Demonstrated experience in branding, strategy, and positioning within a corporate or startup environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to present professionally on video and audio.
• Ability to work remotely following Dubai timing (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday).

Preferred

• Previous experience or a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry.
• Proven track record of implementing branding strategies that significantly increased brand awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic marketing, branding, and positioning plans to drive growth and customer loyalty.
• Create a comprehensive marketing strategy from scratch to position the company as a market leader in property management.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and manage lead generation to improve ROI.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective utilization and monthly reporting.
• Plan and submit ideas to improve revenues from new and existing contracts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing communications and inbound marketing efforts.
• Maintain effective internal communications to keep all company functions informed of marketing objectives.
