HR Generalist – Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 8-10 years of HR experience, including significant expertise in recruitment.
- Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Deep understanding of employment laws specific to the Middle Eastern region.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy.
- Ability to travel periodically to support other countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI certification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build business partner relationships with Equity Principals and leadership to support Middle Eastern practice goals.
- Provide strategic advice on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment, implementing targeted sourcing initiatives to provide high-quality candidates.
- Partner with the HRIS team to create and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with immigration and mobility teams to support employee immigration needs.
- Advise and coach leaders to build a diverse, inclusive, and high-integrity work environment.
- Maintain knowledge of regional legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
- Update local HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect business and regulatory changes.
- Support employee development, succession planning, and annual review processes.
