Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 4 years of social media marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and paid campaigns
  • Ability to create content
  • Experience growing social media accounts organically
  • Strong written English — captions, ad copy, and community replies
  • Understanding of how to track results and improve based on data
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce is a strong advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage our presence on Instagram, Tiktok, and youtube.
  • Create and schedule a monthly content calendar: Destination content, Hotel Content and details, travel deals and promotions
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Instagram and tiktok to drive app download, website traffic and hotel booking .
  • set up a re-targeting campaign to bring back visitors who did not complete booking
  • manage influencers and content creator collaborations.
  • Respond to comments, Dms and reviews across platforms
  • Track Performance Weekly and report what is working and what needs change
  • Grow our brand from scratch – this is a startup.
