Finance Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, or commission management.
- Experience handling large-volume transaction reconciliations.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, insurance, brokerage, affiliate marketing, or sales commission environments is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commission Reconciliation & Validation
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of commissions earned versus commissions payable.
- Validate commission calculations against contracts, agreements, and commission structures.
- Reconcile commission reports with sales, CRM, ERP, and payment systems.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission calculations and payments.
- Ensure commission payouts are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare commission accruals and support month-end closing activities.
- Generate periodic commission reports for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve commission processes and controls.
- Maintain clear documentation of commission agreements and payout structures.
