Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role

Hands-on experience with MS365 dynamic and NAV (preferably in item creation, vendor/customer management, and pricing)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily IT Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues; manage configurations, installations, upgrades, and repairs for ERP, Outlook, Office, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and phone systems.

Backup & Attendance: Perform daily database backups (external drive & cloud), back up Outlook data for all users, and generate biometric attendance reports daily and monthly.

ERP Management (MS Navision & SAP): Create/update items, customers, and vendors; manage month-end closing; update price lists; calculate sales/purchase prices in SAP; assist with ERP customizations.

User Onboarding/Offboarding: Set up email, domain access, and biometrics for new employees; withdraw access and reset passwords for exiting employees; coordinate with HRD.

Monthly Tasks: Generate monthly attendance reports by the 24th, archive emails year-wise, and maintain documentation for ERP changes.

Admin & Security: Manage domain accounts and NTFS permissions; maintain inventory of cartridges, toners, and stationery.
