REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or a commercially focused role
  • 5+ years of experience within the Payments industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in people management
  • Deep knowledge of Digital Payments and major e-commerce technologies
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and project management skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Management Specialists to drive professional growth and development
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including workload allocation and performance monitoring to exceed financial targets
  • Craft merchant-specific account development plans focused on revenue generation and strategic growth
  • Build high-touch, consultative relationships with Enterprise merchants as a trusted business advisor
  • Analyze merchant performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize payment flows and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, and Engineering to ensure an outstanding merchant experience
