Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record of success
• 3+ years of industry-specific or specialized experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs
• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging clients and executives

Preferred

• Experience managing high-level P&L performance across multiple territories
• Strong analytical thinking skills to assess customer challenges and recommend strategic improvements
• Exceptional organizational and project sponsorship capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute product or service delivery projects from initiation through completion
• Contribute to strategic planning and large-scale operational deployments
• Evaluate engagement profitability and potential risks to recommend client-centric solutions
• Act as a point of escalation for professional services and implementation concerns
• Participate in project kickoff, planning, and steering committee meetings
• Support pre-sales activities including client presentations, proposal development, and work plan creation
• Lead the review and approval process for scoping, cost estimation, and pricing of engagements
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to team members to ensure projects stay on time and within budget
