Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or government sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
- Experience managing multicultural teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all HR functions for the hospital
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies
- Manage recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and investigations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government policies
- Advise executive leadership on HR and organizational matters
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Support staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and hospital leadership
