Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is preferred
  • Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, or government sector preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
  • Experience managing multicultural teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage all HR functions for the hospital
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies
  • Manage recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and investigations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government policies
  • Advise executive leadership on HR and organizational matters
  • Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development
  • Support staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and confidentiality standards
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and hospital leadership
