REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively articulate product benefits and close sales.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial products or insurance solutions.
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and benefits administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance sales, marketing strategies, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively engage with customers through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales to identify their financial needs.
- Present and negotiate insurance products and financial services to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, explaining product features, and guiding clients through their options.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and benefits administration documentation.
- Conduct analysis of client financial situations to recommend suitable solutions aligned with their goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products or services via outreach campaigns or community events.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) while handling sensitive client information.
