Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience calling and selling to nonprofit organizations is required
  • Prior HubSpot CRM experience is required
  • Experience in BDR, SDR, nonprofit sales, financial services sales, or related roles preferred
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and appointment setting
  • Self-motivated and organized in a remote work environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to nonprofit organizations
  • Identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for leadership
  • Build and maintain outreach pipelines
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and leads
  • Track outreach activity and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM
  • Work directly with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Help build scalable outbound sales processes as the company grows
