Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience calling and selling to nonprofit organizations is required
- Prior HubSpot CRM experience is required
- Experience in BDR, SDR, nonprofit sales, financial services sales, or related roles preferred
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and appointment setting
- Self-motivated and organized in a remote work environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to nonprofit organizations
- Identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for leadership
- Build and maintain outreach pipelines
- Follow up consistently with prospects and leads
- Track outreach activity and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM
- Work directly with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Help build scalable outbound sales processes as the company grows
