Senior Technical Product Manager, Swap

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products or platforms
• Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, blockchain products, DEX aggregation, and liquidity
• Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmaps for complex product areas
• Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, infrastructure, and system architecture
• Strong analytical, market, and competitor analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

• Experience in B2B SaaS, APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products
• Experience working with partners, integrations, or business development teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Swap domain, including discovery, roadmap definition, and optimization
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for Swap
• Monitor the market, competitors, and emerging DeFi protocols to identify opportunities and risks
• Track and improve key competitive metrics such as routing quality, liquidity coverage, conversion, and volume
• Work closely with engineering on routing, aggregation, APIs, integrations, and scalability
• Translate complex technical topics into clear product requirements and decision documents
• Coordinate execution across Product Design, QA, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales teams
