Senior Creator Ecosystem Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–8+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform governance at a major social platform
• Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
• Experience managing moderation teams and vendor relationships at scale
• Strong policy-writing skills and ability to make decisions under ambiguity
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and data dashboards
• Fluent English (verbal and written) with the ability to remain calm under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, maintain, and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines
• Define moderation standards for crypto-specific risks including scams, market manipulation, and misinformation
• Oversee day-to-day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools and reporting systems
• Monitor emerging threats and lead incident response for high-severity content violations
• Work with Legal and Compliance teams to align governance with global regulatory requirements
• Define and track governance KPIs such as moderation accuracy and ecosystem health trends
