REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting/Design, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM, creating families, and managing drawing sets)
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (3D modeling, texturing, and advanced lighting)
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for rendering post-production
• Strong understanding of architectural graphic standards, construction methods, and building materials
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps primary) and reliable computer hardware (Intel Core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, minimum 8 GB RAM)
• Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated home office environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce accurate, detailed architectural models and construction documentation (CD sets) using Autodesk Revit
• Develop high-quality, photo-realistic interior and exterior 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations using 3ds Max
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and interior designers to refine design concepts and incorporate redlines
• Maintain and organize Revit families, 3ds Max asset libraries, materials, and rendering templates
• Ensure all drawings and visualizations meet company standards, local building codes, and project specifications
• Perform post-production editing on renderings using Adobe Photoshop to enhance lighting and composition
