CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications
* Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide prompt, courteous, and professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up
* Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through our services
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
* Process requests, updates, and service-related tasks efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Identify opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction
