Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
* Strong understanding of Amazon policies and account health metrics
* Experience handling account suspensions, reinstatements, and appeals
* Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal English
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Prior bookkeeping or data management experience related to Amazon is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor and maintain Amazon Account Health metrics.
* Handle account performance issues, policy violations, and listing suppressions.
* Create and manage Plans of Action (POA) for account-related cases.
* Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues efficiently.
* Monitor late shipment rate, order defect rate, cancellation rate, and policy compliance
* Manage product listing reinstatements and appeal submissions
* Track account performance notifications and take proactive action
* Assist with account recovery, suspension prevention, and risk management
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to account health activities
