Remote Legal Receptionist / Billing Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to consistently work 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Outstanding phone and client communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, and general computer/file management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Clio, Bill.com, legal billing, or estate planning is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls and perform client intake with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Send and receive invoices and assist with billing-related matters.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, proofreading, document preparation, and email management.
- Maintain organization and accuracy while handling multiple ongoing tasks.
- Utilize computer and office software skills to complete tasks efficiently and independently.
