Data Integrity Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Two years of experience with data management systems / CRM’s / data entry
- Attention to detail is a must
- Critical thinking when it comes to record maintenance
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of people from across the country
- Due to the nature of remote work, you must be self-motivated
- Intermediate-expert understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Non-profit experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary responsibilities are processing gifts daily:
- Entering accurate donation information into Salesforce
- Updating information on the donor records
- Helping ensure the integrity of the database
- Working with members of the finance team to maintain accurate, timely processing of gifts made to all sites
- Being a resource for the sites when questions arise about what has or has not been processed
- Assisting in the acknowledgment process:
- Scanning and uploading supporting documentation for gifts of all types, both restricted and unrestricted
- Drafting acknowledgment letters utilizing approved templates
- Assisting with sites that may want to send more personalized acknowledgments
- Additional Salesforce responsibilities may include:
- Creating and/or editing constituent information
- Merging Duplicate records
- General QC of SF data using auditing reports
- Updating contact and account records upon request
- Assisting with mass uploads
- Generating donor/gift reports based on site criteria requests
- Other administrative work as needed. May include:
- Assisting with proofing of donor lists
