Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets
- Familiar with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Organized and able to follow structured processes
- Comfortable learning and using new tools, including AI-assisted tools
- Interest in improving workflows and systems
Preferred :
- Experience with Canva, Wix, or content scheduling tools
- Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or similar platforms
- PT or healthcare background (student or exposure)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and schedule Google Business Profile posts (2x/week)
- Create and post Nextdoor content (1x/week) using provided formats
- Organize and manage a content calendar (Google Sheets)
- Format captions, titles, and descriptions based on templates
- Repurpose existing content across platforms
- Upload and format YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, playlists)
- Use tools (including AI) to assist with formatting, drafting, and organizing content
- Research and stay current on emerging tools that improve efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks
- Help develop and refine simple workflows for content creation and posting
