REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic software and web knowledge, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Reliability – As you work remotely, you will need to be available to supervisors and be trusted to adhere to your assigned schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer’s transportation needs, and assist appropriately
  • Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
  • Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
  • Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
  • Become a knowledge expert
