Sr Director of Sales
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Quota-driven sales experience in the technology industry, specifically in network or security infrastructure
- Extensive management experience leading remote field sales teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Clari for pipeline and forecast management
- Demonstrated knowledge of internetworking infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies
- Experience with SaaS-based value selling and positioning
- Ability to develop and maintain CxO-level relationships
- BA degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee sales directly to end-users and manage a team of Account Managers
- Develop sales strategies, territory plans, and forecast sales volumes for the Gulf region
- Cultivate relationships with key channel partners, enterprise customers, and industry leaders
- Drive annual revenue targets, sales goals, quotas, and budgets within the Gulf
- Supervise staff including performance evaluations, training, and professional development
- Execute highly cadenced sales motions including pipeline management and weekly forecasting
- Support the sales cycle by engaging in key customer and channel opportunities
