REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and operations experience required.
• Well organized, process and data driven, logical thought-process, and the ability to make quick decisions then follow through on those decisions.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and manage relationships and demonstrate resilience and ability to handle difficult situations with a positive “can do” attitude. Also, have a proven experience & ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently, proficient keyboard abilities, MS Office, Windows O/S, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Ensure that data and requests are addressed in a timely fashion, but with a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrate the ability to focus and make things happen no matter the challenges or roadblocks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately and efficiently enter purchase order receipts for designated warehouses into operating system.
• Monthly inventory reconciliation for our outside warehouses.
• Resolve product and lot discrepancies.
• Approve outside warehouse logistic invoices.
• Support the Operations team on special projects, initiatives, and other needs as defined.
• Perform ongoing data entry and updates in operating system and other databases.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
• Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes in order to support company objectives and customer expectations.
