Patient Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in customer service, medical scheduling, or call center work preferred
- Strong phone communication skills with a friendly and confident tone
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients who have inquired about services
- Answer inbound calls and respond to scheduling inquiries
- Schedule initial evaluations accurately and efficiently
- Communicate to referral sources on the status of their patients
- Maintain accurate documentation in our scheduling system
- Communicate clearly with the clinical and administrative team
- Provide a warm, professional first impression of our practice
