Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of construction terminology is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and organize schedules and appointments for team members
- Prepare and maintain documents and reports
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
- Support the team in project coordination and administration
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible
- Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials
- Provide general administrative support as needed
