Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in brand strategy, content writing, or creative planning.
- Excellent command of written English and storytelling.
- Ability to think conceptually and translate strategy into content ideas.
- Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and communication styles.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Ideation
- Brainstorm concepts, campaign ideas, and brand directions with the team.
- Develop strategic frameworks, messaging, and brand narratives.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to inform strategy.
Content Calendar Development
- Build monthly/weekly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand identity, objectives, and campaign themes.
Content Writing
You will write clear, intelligent, and brand-aligned content including:
- Social media captions (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Reel scripts & short-form content hooks
- YouTube podcast outlines & scripts
- Press releases & announcements
- Copywriting for ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Emailers & newsletters
- Research-driven essays, articles, and case studies
- Brand communication guidelines & messaging documents
Creative Coordination
- Work closely with designers and video editors to translate strategies into deliverables.
- Provide clear briefs, references, and feedback.
- Track all tasks to ensure everything is delivered on time.
Campaign & Project Management
- Manage timelines, approvals, and content rollout.
- Ensure brand assets, posts, and campaigns are updated as per plan.
- Maintain high attention to detail across all brand communication.
